from the nose to the palate, the question lingers - what is in this? Dolcetto, Barbera, any Nebbiolo? But forget about it and just enjoy. Moderate bodied Piedmont red, with simple fruity nose and nice cleansing acidity on the finish and lots of good red fruit with some spice and ample regional character. Excellent value at $10.

Good light piedmont blend. Nothing stands out, but great acidity and fruit for pairing with pasta and rich duck ragu sauce.
