Very deep pink. Light cherry aroma. Rather sweet but just enough acidity. Cherry and cassis. Like a darker-fruited moscato d'asti, which makes sense. Best paired with a fruit dessert, I'd think, like blackcurrant cheesecake. [Screwcap; 5% abv; Cornelius Wine, Edinburgh, £11].
