Organic viticulture, long maceration, natural fermentation, 14.5% ABV, sulfur < 25 mg/l. Exemplary Chianti Classico, pure and precise, excellent fruit definition (peach, raspberry, blueberry), spicy depth, firm acidity, quite elegant for its weight, generous but with a welcome hint of austerity, vibrant grainy tannins, very good resonance and length. There is so much life here, so much vital energy. A joy to drink. At Stack’s Diner, Amsterdam, NL.
