Monserrat and the Penedes, long time no see (sant sadurni d'anoia) : At the estate, This is a funky blend, of 85 Pinot Noir and 15 Monastrell Nose of Med+ intensity, with ham, roast pork, pink grapefruit, The palate is super dry for a Corpinnat (Cava), and it has great finesse, it's sharp and tart, then when opens up as gets warmer, raspberry, strawberry, more fruit happens
