Slightly smoky on the nose. Otherwise, harmonious, agreeable but maybe too neutral. A tiny bit short on acidity.

Pleasant and easy to drink, still holding onto some guava, peach, and pear notes with a very smooth entry and finish. This isn't going to get any better and probably won't pick up any interesting secondary or tertiary notes but is still drinking quite well. Behaves better with some time to warm up, somewhere between 55-60 deg F

Tropical nose, subtly sweet on the tongue, with vanilla, butterscotch, caramel. Nice lingering finish. Acidity has faded so I would drink now but it probably will hold a while longer. After it warms up some, the fruit comes through, some guava / lychee. Very nice.

Medium bodied, moderate acidity, dry, moderate alcohol. Flavors of white peach, pear, a faint floral aroma and a slight bitter hazelnut on the finish. Nicely balanced and a good value Macon.

A total whatever of a wine. Nothing wrong, nothing positive of note, just drinkable enough and typical of an entry level Maconnais.

Nez assez discret sur des fleurs blanches et un poil de citron. En bouche, un peu plus de fruits et de corps at salin, mais étonnanment peu acide et plat. Flabby comme disent les anglais... Peu intéressant.

That’s from Mâconnais alright. It’s like the most civilized starburst I’ve ever had. Wife loved this, which makes me very happy for the price. Super peachy with starfruit and lemon notes. Picked up some really light buttery notes when this was cold and paired with food but otherwise it’s just fruity.

A very good and complex Burgundy Chardonnay. Pale lemon. In the nose, light intensity with Peach, elderflower, eucalyptus, honey, wet gravel, blossom. On the palate, light intensity with blossom, vanilla, smoke, cream, butter. Dry, medium alcohol, medium acidity, light body. Medium finish with thyme, vanilla, and cedar.

Very light. Quite fruity in nose and palate with a peach character similar to Viognier. Seems like malolactic was suppressed in order to emphasize fruit for the US Chardonnay market. Low in acid for a Mâcon. All stainless. Well made. Good value.

Surprisingly good. Very fresh; nice white stone fruits; white flowers. Not a whole lot of citrus or minerality. Keeps its structure enough to be fulfilling in the palate. Nice feeling, fresh in tasting. chill before serving; great starter wine or everyday bottle. CA$21; would definitely buy again.

Baked apple, good concentration, slightly sweet spice and finish. Good overall but expected more from United Airlines business class to France.

Soft notes honey, vanilla, caramel. Utterly delicious and completely met my expectations of what chardonnay should be. An absolute bargain at 18.99.

Pronounced buttery, citrus nose. Mainly citrus fruit but secondary to a surprisingly buttery, honeyed palate. The oak is quite delicate and integrated and the wine is well balanced. Not terribly complex but a nice bottle. Next day, toffee and vanilla had taken over on the palate. Quite nice still but not much fruit or bite.

Lovely nose with white flowers, mandarin blossom, and wet rocks. Fuller bodied, with a rich layer of fruit. Nice minerality, though a bit of a short finish.

Pale lemon color, glass-coating. Clean aromas, medium intensity. Primary lemon zest and slate mineral with very subtle secondary white floral and sweet spice aromas. Dry palate, medium acid. Forward this is texturally rich with sweet stone fruit and leesy spice. Slightly hollow on the middle palate with a clean juicy finish.

{cork, 13%} Brighter and more minerally than the 2012. Brine, oak, maybe grapefruit and nuts. Has some warmth, is medium-bodied with a shortish finish. OK chardonnay, much better than 2012; again, served very cold and would be better at 12C rather than 5!

{cork, 13%} Rather anonymous white-flower nose, but served too cold; moderate acid but thick texture, gentle oak is present. I couldn’t extract much flavour from this at all; the 2011 was streets ahead.

Rounded effort, with nice clarity of the juice. A weird flavor both on the nose and in the mouth - yeasty/vegetal type of , that I don't like at all, makes the wine undrinkable for me. Although no one on the table have the same concerns, and they all enjoyed the wine. How ever this one is not for me...

Good basic white Burgundy; the 2010's have developed a touch of honey which can be good;Nice acid with balanced fruit; this wine lacked something but still a nice wine a good value.

Similar to the 2010 vintage but a touch more on the round, smooth side without as much acidity.

Top lunchtime wine regularly consumed with chums in my wine bar haunt. Fresh citrus aromas with zesty grapefruit flavour. Medium bodied, lively. Refreshing and moorish. Drink young(ish) to get best from wine. LL always seems to perform well at every entry level with his whites. Great value.

Crisp and lean chardonnay from Burgundy. Citrus, lemon, slight touch of white grapefruit, palate cleansing acidity and a decent finish. Not great, but a decent mid-week drinker for the price.
