Drank over dinner. Expressive but very primary nose of peach, tropical fruit, capsicum and yeasty scents. Medium+ bodied with a creamy texture, high fruit concentration and bright acidity. Long aftertaste. A very well made s.b. from central Greece, that will improve further after some months in the bottle. Karadimos is an excellent, low profile producer, whose wines improve vintage after vintage. Lemon green with a youthful and tight nose offering exotic fruit and creaminess. Broad and ripe in palate with good balance between bright acidity against high alcohol that slightly burns and medium full body. Peach, minerality and vegetality starting to show from mid-palate onwards. Medium + length. To keep for 2-3 years.
