Last of the current shipment. I found the cork to be very wet all along the sides and top and a lot of stickiness under the capsule. Somewhat surprising. No apparent effect on the wine thankfully as it showed very much like the previous bottles. Dulcie was a little skeptical initially but came around after a couple of sips. I might be overrating it but I think it provides a reasonably thoughtful chardonnay for the price.

Lemon and no cali new world chard came out after open for hours. More dime a dozen and plenty of other options in comparisons. Will not purchase again.

Block Party Blind Tasting (Chicago, IL) : Double blind. Rich apple with some lemon, all the hallmarks of a well made barely oaked New World Chardonnay, that is easy to enjoy in its youth right now.

Definitely back to thinking that this is a very nice wine in the richer California style at a very reasonable price. Soon need to replenish the stock.

Second one in short order: no additional notes.

Encouraged by the quality of an earlier vintage to purchase this at a sporting price (and with FedEx shipping of only $12 for four bottles). First impression left me less impressed, but over the course of a few hours, days, the wine grew on me. Again, very Californian, golden straw color, creamy mouthfeel, slightly off-dry, mild oak, moderate acidity, slight citrus.

Blind tasting (Somm Class): clean wine, moderate intensity, citrus, apple, pear, melon, ripe fruits, tons of butter and popcorn, conclusion, Sonoma Chard.

I think this wine is past it's best drinking time. Colour is deep gold but it is very thin. No noticeable flavours on the palate and it is quite watery. I elected to open another bottle as a result.

A bit woody/syrupy. Might benefit from a little chill.

I thought this one, this time around was way to butter scotchy with the toast out of whack. Maybe just a bad bottle? End is all screwed up too.

If you like buttery, high diacetyl Chardonnay, this wine's for you. Golden color, quite round in the palate finishing in a velvety softness. Nicely done for this style!

Butter, butter, and more butter. Nice smooth oak palette. Drinking very well.

Not too oaky but buttery. Not for everyone but buttery Chardonnay lovers will enjoy it. Great with cheese course.

Pleasant Napa chardonnay. Medium body with hints of citrus and vanilla.

Rich on the nose with cream and vanilla - in a good way. All planted to shot / wente chardonnay from three growers in Carneros. Fun and lively on the palate, great tasting stuff. Easy does it.

Wonderful aroma of apples and berries, tastes of oaked classic dry chardonnay, wonderful aftertaste, good as it gets, drink now

Nose is a bit funky with a hint of yeast, palate is soft with nutty notes of almond or marzipan, fruit blends in and is subtle. Hints of wood for some reason seem to be present in an un-oaked chard.

Oak background with vanilla caramel notes. Minerality with touch of melon.

Richly oaky and full on the nose. After drinking a bunch of french its very Napa, but that isn't saying much.

this is great QPR. lots of dense, lush fruit but the oak is not over the top. nice finish and a wine that tastes 2x its cost.

Yeast and peach skin on the nose. Smooth and sweet with an almost oddly oak like finish but it's probably just a lingering bitter flavor.
