The bottle was included in a wine club subscription. 13.5% ABV. Decanted for three hours in the morning, poured over dinner. Dark fruit and some red fruit, black currant, plum, dark cherry, black raspberry, cedar, tobacco, chocolate, light herbaceous notes, and mineral tones, with good, medium-level acidity, fine, firm tannin, and very good length. In a really good place right now. Great Aromatics. Tertiary notes started to show after a 2 hour decant. Mushrooms and forest floor

Slightly brownish rim. Red fruit. Mushroom. Very short on the palate. Just below average.

Médicamenté à l'ouverture, au nez autant qu'en bouche, avec une texture agréablement crémeuse. Après 1h, c'est devenu très discret au nez et très court en bouche. Délicat, assez bon, mais pas pour le prix ni pour l'âge. Dans une période "off"? Mauvais RQP en ce moment.

Better on day 2, but still feels muted; hints of dark fruits, coffee and tar on the nose; solid pressure on midpalate; solid structure and medium finish (out of 0.375); will wait 3-5 years for the next bottle

Wonderfully perfumed nose of various sweet red fruit (variations of cherry) with a hint of vanilla, herbs and wood. Tannins not fully integrated yet, still a bit rough - just a bit. But it will come together in another 5 years or so. Promising!

Very elegant red. Tannins nicely integrated now. Just entered the stage of enjoyable drinking and will remain there for some years.

Drank over two days. Very dark cherry red. It needs some air. Then very nice and seductive in the nose with Cassis, sweet cherries, Pomerol like plum aromas and hints of blackish aromas such as tar, black olive and licorice. Very intensive and elegant. On the palate, there's lots of extract and material, but it's rather serious than hedonistic, maybe still a bit too young, very silky, long. very tight, dark fruit and classic pomerol nose with a hint of coffee or leather on the nose. this wine needs at least 3 or 4 more years for the tannins to calm down for the fruit to shine. very good, enjoyable wine.
