Dark plum and raspberry nose, tasting looses some of the fruit because of the tannins. Don't know if additional decanting/aging would have helped or if this is just an imbalance. Some fruit carried through for a nice finish.

- Garnet color with slow forming legs and aromas of chocolate, black pepper, bell pepper and cherry. It's in total harmony and has flavours of blackberry, black currant, black pepper and strawberry jam with a medium/full body. Round texture with a long finish.
