Passaggio Cabernet Sauvignon Grande Cappello

Gorgeous cranberry color. Flavors were all on the tart side - cherry, watermelon, cranberry, and strawberry - but all tending towards the tart side. Was slightly heavier than some roses, but still crisp enough to hold up to some heavy food - more than just your crisp summer rose - more like a chilled red (it is Cab based, and opened up more as it warmed). Enjoyed this wine a lot. Shame she made so little of it.
