Definite downtick from before. Acids are pre-dominant and disharmonious.

Still rolling on the acacia honey with a bit more acids and stone fruits. A marvelous pairing w/ Edel de Cleron Brie.

A very nice with notes of apricot, pineapple, honey, and cream. Not super acidic but still had good grip and focus.

Wow. A stunner. Incredible acacia honey nose with orange blossoms and dried flowers. Good sweetness, great acidic backbone which made it a wonderful foil for cheeses. Long finish, lingers with nectarines, honey, marmalade. Absolutely delicious.
