92-93+. WOW! very different from the unusual last tasting a year ago which was then earthy dirty. This is delicious fruit, complex and still fruity and still not at peak. Dark color with dark edges. Concentrated complex bouquet of sweet dark fruits, red fruits, minerals, hints of chocolate, hints of spice. On the palate, concentrated and complex with flavors of sweet red and dark fruits, lots of minerals, spice, hints of smoke, lots of flint. Loads of tannins and good …

Fruity meets dirty earthy with this nice complex concentrated wine. Enjoyable now it can age further. It will develop more complexity with time at least over the next few years. Enjoy now until 2031, possibly sooner

Another great showing as this wine transitions from the primary fruity stage to the more secondary earthy stage with more secondary flavors. Dark color concentrated, lots of sweet ripe briary fruit with earthy notes. Loads of fruit and tannins make this one enjoyable now but still ageworthy. Drink now to 2028. Great qpr. Special note. This is the only vintage of this wine that I have That the sediment forms a thick mud like layer on the bottom of the …

Dark color. Concentrated. Strong bouquet and flavors of plum, dark fruits and very earthy with secondary flavors. Starting to enter its mature phase based on this one bottle. Will need to retry soon To see if that is where the rest of them are and if so still no rush to drink just a big change from the freediness to the earthiness which there are 2 different styles both of which I like

This wine has been consistently excellent. Unfortunately it was consumed outside and just a little bit of warmth really made this not show well

93-93. Another fantastic showing. Great fruit. Fully enjoyable now and it's youthful fruitiness but it should certainly continue to age well for at least another 5 to 9 years. Probably best enjoyed now to 2029. If you like more useful fruity wines drink now if you age it more you'll get some more complexity out of it

Nice ripe concentrated fruity. Great balance. Good concentration. Delicious fruit flavors. On the youthful fruity side of its plateau. It should easily age till age 15 possibly until age 20. I have more of this so I should be following it regularly.

I don't know if I've posted this warning about this wine but almost every bottle I have had has a very thick watery muddy sediment at the base of the cork that makes quite a mess. It flies out sometimes when opening the bottle if not careful and stains things. It's nothing negative about the wine. Just a warning. Today was another fantastic showing. It continues to drink absolutely beautiful. For those who like their ones and more fruit forward …

93-95. First a brief warning. This wine has produced a lot of sediment which seems to form as a wet collection to the base of the cork and seems to splatter when the cork is pulled out so please remove your cork carefully. Now on to the good stuff. This wine is absolutely amazing. It is on another level compared to the delicious 2012 and 2010 which on their own are great. Incredibly concentrated with lots of complexity. Blasting with …

92-93. Dark Ruby purple color. Nice bouquet of spice with hints of smoke and earth. Medium to full bodied with good concentrated fruit flavors. Flavors of Earth, smoke, minerals. Loads of tannins and a long finish. More tannic and structured than the ripe concentrated 2010 version of this that I tried last night. both wines are different but both have their own merits. It will be fun tasting these side by side over the next five plus years. Both are …

Inky dark purple color. Explosive sweet ripe bouquet of Cassis chocolate Earth plum tobacco in some sort of velvety indescribable smell of just total deliciousness. On the plate it is rich dense velvety viscous with a full mouth feel. Concentrated complex with sweet ripe fruit flavors of cassis Earth chocolate. Despite its explosive fruit in great concentration there is still a load of tannins. This wine is immensely enjoyable now but really has further development. It is still not at …
