Plucked from the wine rack, decanted, left to breath for 30 seconds. The first glass was a little tight, a bit of a hot nose, but this opened up after an hour or so in the decanter. Wonderful nose, and excellent fruit on the palate with a lingering finish. Quite a remarkable achievement for a Barossa wine from 2011.
