Rose petals, berry medley, and a savoury earthy character on the nose. Lush/rich mid-palate, with acidity to balance out the finish. Really nice rose with some substance to it. Great with pre-dinner cheese and charcuterie.

Yossarian's note is spot on. Cherry/strawberry, herbal/tea notes, fruity but dry with light acid/tannins. Fresh but takes itself seriously making it simultaneously easy to kick back & relax while drinking it but also makes you pause & pay attention.

A super juicy rose. Ripe strawberry, green tea, with undertones of savoriness. Dry but round to keep in check with an undertow of minerality and light tannin. Actually for all the heady/funky stuff that Scholium can produce this almost the exact counter point: bright, fresh, round and clean. It's perfect counter point for something with a slight char for lunch on a summer day. A wine that edges more towards light red rather than rose. Chuggable without being too serious. …
