Consumed a year after purchase, has opened up and matured nicely in that time. Aromas of bright lemon and stone fruit, with complex spice and vanilla from careful oak use, and a hint of earth mushroom. Great acidity on the palate, and a good amount of body. An excellent example of Canadian Chardonnay.

Nez légèrement beurré, acidité plutôt vive, texture ample, longueur moyenne +, structuré pour progresser...je serais curieux de redecouvrir dans 5 ans.

A good quality Chardonnay in a pure chablis-esque style. Not really any hints of oak, just a very crisp and clean Chardonnay. I'm glad to see Canadian wines doing well like this. Lemon zest, green apple, good minerality and good acidity as well. It was good on its own as well as with sea food. Only downside is the price as most village level chablis would be just as good or better at half the price.

Complètement renversé!!! 3 ans de cellier et c'était capoté!!! Pas oxydé, le bois bien fondu, juste une belle touche de beurre, incapable d'arrêter de le sentir et une longggggggueur inoubliable....que c'était bon!!!

Golden straw colour. Full bodied. Crispness matches creamy body. Pear and banana on the schnoz. 25% French oak means subtle and appropriate wood. No malolactic fermentation means it's fresh bright and alive. Blooming in the glass. Hints of pineapple. If this wine were an actress it would be Kristen Bell. Well integrated with good density and balance of fruit, acid, body, minerals and oak. Long clean finish - a touch of nuttiness on the back of the palate. Classy. Something …
