Cave de Vire Mâcon-Villages

When I pulled this out of the refrigerator & tasted it, I wasn't initially impressed. Seemed a little bitter. Then I waited a while & found out that I had definitely rushed into drinking it too cold - once it came to the right temperature, the wine smoothed & had a very nice balance. A bit of citrus, nice vanilla overtones.
