Drank at the Valade & Transadine wine fair in Paris. That Lage wine is showing complexity, elegance and saline quality. It is for sure a GC level of wine, without oak impact on taste. Better soil impression, less spiciness overall.

Pnp. Herbal, mixed citrus, peach, tropical fruit, mineral, some lactic notes. Rather rich and mouthfilling, yet with a good frame of acidity. Peppery, slightly phenolic finish, good length. Great expression of grüner, drinking very well now. Thanks to Mmark for your helpful notes.

PnP, screw cap, 13% Alc., golden yellow color with no bubbles at all. Nose: Fine spontinotes, flintstone, yellow impression. Palate: Spontinotes, but everything seems harmonious and very well balanced, e.g. pleasant sweetness, with a stimulating perfect matching acidity and the classic Veltliner spiciness. There is pepper, hints of yellow fruit, good complexity and length. Overall a joy to drink with even room for improvement with more bottle age.
