I wait for this to be on offer, as although it's a standout medium-sweet wine on the high street, it's quite expensive. So intense, pure and racy, with ample acidity for the sugar. Light bodied nonetheless, scintillating and juicy. Give it to anyone who thinks low alcohol wines are boring, or pair it with chilli crayfish.
