Drank this wine at a wine dinner at Tung Lok Heen. Theme of the evening: A wine to celebrate CNY. Was expecting a simple wine but it punched above its weight by all means. Smooth, rounded with a long and elegant finish. Well integrated and balanced.

Aroma: ripe cherries, spice, oak Full-bodied with decent acidity and low tannins. Concentrated and big body. Ripe fruit and spice on the palate. Very good length. A modern blockbuster Barbera. Not my style, but well made in its style.
