Nice surprise!

Decent, but not overwhelming. The color is teeth staining, super dark purple. From there the nose and palate don't quite match the intensity of the color. The nose has a hint chocolate and vanilla with brambly blackberry and dark cherry fruit. The fruit is bright and ripe but rather modest considering the color. Very extracted. Moderate plus lingering tannins. Oak treatment leaves some vanilla and mocha. Breaks down a bit by the finish.

Dark, sweet, baked, chocolatey, tastes like Gnarly Head's take on Apothoic dark, but perhaps with a bit more acid.

Fruity with some spice. Good oak on the finish with some vanilla notes. Very easy drinking.

Inky dark color. Smell is slightly fruity with a darkness too. Definitely fruity taste, not sweet. The hint of dark chocolate sounds right but I can't place what else. Not best with a sirloin, maybe a tomato or pork dish. I will definitely buy more of this!

Great dark wine, good with a pork lion. It line a good port. Cram drink it alone.
