Tasted the 2013 and 2015 side by side. 13 is one shade darker straw, the 15 is pale straw. 13 bouquet is warm amber, mild kerosene, mild slate and stone fruit stone. 15 comparatively has some amber, but kerosene more mild and intermixed with toasted oak and vanillin, slight green apple, and far more of the white flower than 13 and far more reminiscent of this delightful character of the fondre wines when they are young. 13 is light to …

First time for me ,this wine made from juice with extended skin contact in a large foudre, which has resulted in complex ,aromatic ,rich riesling with excellent balance Colour Pale straw with hints of green 15/15 Nose honeyed aromatics of lime blossoms, lime cordial with hints of ginger spice 28/30 Palate Lime and honey flavours succulent acidity. Nose is fragrant, green, and herbal. Notes of lime, talc, lime leaf, sage, and jasmine rice. Palate is full-bodied, with a good balance of mild sweetness and moderate acidity. Flavours of lime cordial (not cloying), chalk, and basil.
