Blend: 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec. Appearance: Inky dark red. Aroma: Enticing plum, cassis, and hints of cinnamon and cocoa. Palate: Complex, juicy, and full-bodied. Flavor Profile: Layers of black & red fruit, tobacco, and cedar. A meaty, iron-filled wine that dances on the palate. Perfectly balanced, showcasing the Bordeaux varietals in harmonious unity.

Eye: A medium purple color, not too inky. Nose: black fruit and a faint cinnamon note, maybe some vanilla after it opened up. Taste: a little hot but balanced by the acidity. Ripe blackberry and plum, a little bit of leather. Silky tannins

The Cabernet is dominant, but the other grapes, particularly the 30% Merlot bring the complexity and structure that make this wine a delight to drink. There’s cinnamon, plum and coffee (and more) in the profile. It needed to sit in the glass to open up and because of that, probably has at least another five years of peak drinking left. It’s not inexpensive, but definitely worth the $35 to $40 price.

Among the best of the Maestro vintages. An absolutely glorious bouquet. As good as the 2014 Maestro.

I like this, a bit astringent at first but after a bit of time nice mix of berries and tannins

I didn't try this. Wife giving it an 'ok' at 90.

Ouf...un peu trop de tout ici, nous a semblé surfait et maquillé...la bouteille est belle cependant!

A tasty low-end red blend that offers value for the price. Quite full-bodied but could be smoother.

Due to popular demand they brought the limited edition back. Rich in very ripe black cherry fruit on the nose. Kinda massive and blockish. Four square while still checking all the boxes. Or maybe checking the boxes but four square would be the way to say it. Has more backbone to it and not in a fake-ish way.
