Clear straw to the eye, banana and tropical fruit to the nose and butter rich to the palette. It pairs well with raw onion!!! In the spinach salad dressed with balsamic Dijon

Light golden hue, clearly viscous. Bold nose of lemon-meringue, white peach, pineapple. Big, mouth-filling, honey on the palette... very ripe. Less about refreshment, more about body. Good with mild Indian spices.
