A biodynamic Catarratto, fermented and aged for 6 months in concrete. Lime green color. Somewhat green-toned and herbal nose with aromas of lemony citrus fruits, aromatic herbs, some smoke, a little bit of grassy greenness and a hint of hay. The wine is light-bodied, tangy and intense on the palate with fresh and focused flavors of tart green apples, ripe and sweet-yet-tart lemony notes, some green aromatic herbs, a little bit of stony minerality and a touch of saline tang. …

Mineral, chalk, some herbs, some restrained floral notes, tart berries and some riper elements too. Very enjoyable, was nice on its own and transitioning to pair well with a Veracruz-style fish dish and grilled prawns.

Full bodied, nice round mouth feel, tropical fruits and herbaceous flavor. Needs 30 minutes to open up. Stands up to richly or oil flavored dishes. Nice with seafood pasta sauce. Paired well with a dish of sardines, nuts, red pepper, sage over pasta.
