Savage Grace Wines Syrah

With a fairly savoury pizza Felt more than 12% abv, light spice, restrained acidity

Cor, another wonderful SA Syrah. Very pure and fresh but not too simple or high-toned, with violet, pepper, leather and olive brine already evident. Drank beautifully even though it was almost too concentrated for our mains (maybe not the fillet steak!).

Blindsmakt på Norvald. Reduktiv som blåser bort. Fersk frukt, hage bær fin syre, grønne tonet. 370,-

Black fruit up front, lean green, minty and stemmy on the core, finishes with good length on acidity. Like a lot of leaner reds this one is best slightly chilled and with food. Fantastic with a hanger steak.

Intense red and black fruit on nose Palate is light with savoury acidity, with taste of broken skins on back. Very long Feels most like a rhone syrah of thirty-forty years ago 12%abv
