Cielo Malibu Estate Winery Red House / Woodstock Collection

Distinct smoky odor and taste initially. (was there a fire near Napa in '07?). That eased with some time in the open, but the resulting wine was smooth but lacking in fruit or acidity. Certainly drinkable, but nothing to write home about.
