Domaine du Castel, M, Muscat, 2015: This was a very pleasant surprise. Bright gold in color. On the nose, orange blossom, ripe apricot, peach cobbler and vanilla. Medium-bodied, with good concentration. On the palate, apricot jam, peach cobbler, dried apples, orange zest, medium-plus acidity with notes of of acacia honey and vanilla bourbon on the long and balanced finish.
