Dark ruby color. Nice plum earth bouquet. Medium bodied and concentrated. Rich earth, mud, plum flavors. Long finish. A nice fully mature old bordeaux. While enjoyable and still able to hold on, it lacks the smokiness and complexity it had up until a few years ago. Drinks well, but drink up.

Hopefully this is somewhat of an off bottle. It is past peak in this tasting. Relatively not unique old Bordeaux flavors. Way different than all the other times I've had it. I need to retaste soon

I have had this many times before joining cellar tracker (2-3 cases worth at least) with consistent results. This wine is ageing at a snails pace. It has been on a relative plateau for years. Dark purple color with deep ruby edge. Super intense leather, tobacco, graphite, cedar, smoke bouquet with hints of minerals. On the palate it is dense and concentrated with loads of intense flavors of leather, smoke, tobacco, earth, minerals, lead pencil. The flavors are matched with …
