I already have it at least 2 years waiting to drink but it it still lively and fresh apple and pear taste, refined bubbles, excellent cremant.

Excellent value. Have had champagnes at three times the price that are not as good.

Pinot Blanc & Pinot Axerrois. Fabulously fun! Delightful yeast presented upon cork expulsion followed by a riot of floral notes. Florality remained the dominate expression along with pale orchard fruit. Very slightly sweet. A modest amount of fine bubbles. It felt exotic and unusual. I can't wait for more! 12% alco, cork (D 4.5, F 6; Mari, OzPac)

Good effervescence at the start, though dissipated quickly. Muted nose. Simple, clean, inoffensive, though uninteresting. Moderate QPR at $21.
