Excellent! 100% Zweigelt. Dark garnet color. Remarkably beautiful nose – just stunning – with dark fruits and spicy pepper. Cherries and earthy spice on the palate. Light bodied yet quite characterful. White pepper notes mark the soft silky-smooth medium length finish. Outstanding value.

This is an excellent value and the best Zweigelt I have had to date. It's as if you crossed the elegance of a Pinot with the fruit forwardness and spicyness of a Zinfandel. Plums and spices on the nose. On the palate, ripe strawberry and cherry flavors play beautifully with spicy and earthy components. Well integrated tannins and acidity support a long silky finish. To find this depth of flavor and natural ripeness at 13% is so refreshing.
