Maurice Gavignet Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Baudes

Very light in color, but packed pretty good flavor overall, and added a little weight with time in the glass. Pretty bouquet on the nose, red fruits, well balanced. What really struck me about this wine was how versatile it was with different dishes - seafood & sashimi, meat, etc.. Gave it a bonus point for the food pairing ability.
