"Simple" Midweek Dinner (Asia Grand) (Asia Grand, Odeon Towers) : Cloudy light red colour, this had a really lovely old Burg nose - Deep whiffs of herb and wood spice, sweet raspberries and morello cherries mingled with lower-tone forest floor tones replete with mushroomy morels and mossy notes, an air of dried flowers, and a slightly malty, almost balsamic vinegar hint.
