Clean, clear, vibrant, bright but not searing, river rocks, touch of lime candy, green apple, hint of petrol. Very nice if not really exciting. With B's Spanish shrimp in oil and garlin and paprika.

Good, solid clean, fresh GG, not particularly stunning but very nice with lemon-lime blossom, hint of petrol/wax, decent concentration. Blair's w/H.E.W.

Herbal notes, concentrated fruit on the nose. Hints of alcohol, powerful on the palate, lots of acidity, good length. A bit unbalanced. 89-90+

Tour VDP.GROSSE LAGE 2018 Vol.2 (Hotel Atlantic, Hamburg) : A fine GG: fresh, tight, creamy stonefruit midpalate, ending vibrant long, *(**- +?), 90+ potential

Rieslingfeier Grand Tasting (New York City, NY) : This is one of the better examples of GGs that I tasted today. It's a full bodied wine that hasn't lost the really zippy and tense acidity, nor is to too sharp or bracing to enjoy. There's a chablisienne analog here, given how saline this wine is. I preferred this slightly to the 15 Rosengarten GG because I found more freshness in this wine.

Very balanced, Citrus but also exotic fruits, pineapple, mango, maybe at the end a little bit too sweet, 91-92
