Andrian, Gant Merlot Riserva, Alto Adige

An absolutely delicious South-Tyrolean Merlot wine, sourced from selected vineyard plots (sandy-clay soils) in the municipalities of Andrian and Terlan (located about ten kilometers northwest of the city of Bozen). The name of this wine refers to the ‘Gantkofel’ mountain, which protects the vineyards from the westerly winds. Maturation: the wine spent twelve months in French barriques.
