Very pale yellow and clear. A bit of butter on the nose, together with wet rocks. On the second day it found a better expression, became more elegant and evolved towards floral notes. On the palate it has a certain roundness and body, nothing excessive and also well balanced by the acidity, which comes through especially on the finish. Needs more time to find its true expression.
