Quite light, translucent red, and that lightness continues on the nose and palate out of the bottle. Hint of ink aroma, and on the lower end of the medium body spectrum. Still a good, easy-drinking wine. After a bit of glass time, I remember why I bought this one in the first place -- YUM!
