Let it breathe a little bit and it is a nice auromatic wine. Good match with white aspargus with mousseline sauce.

Maybe a bit past it’s prime, but still very pleasant. Still very Gruner on the nose. Full bodied, apples and pears. The acidic zing is gone and replaced with an almost honeyed aspect. Deep yellow color. I’m still liking this.

Popped and poured with chicken stir-fry. Beautiful golden color. Honeycrisp apple on the nose. The wine was more full bodied than I expected. Round and creamy, but with a balancing acidity. It was almost like someone mixed riesling with chardonnay.

Refreshing, Passion fruit, reminded me ofa cross between NZ Sauv Blanc and CA. Dodn'y get typical white pepper notes of a grunerbut had a kind of jalepeno zing to it on the finish.

Unusual glass stopper and noticeable CO2 on opening (although much less evident on the palate). Attrictive bouquet and a good balance of slight sweetness, spice, minerality and aciditity on the palate.
