Lovely white. Clean, crisp and refreshing super high acidity and very modest use of oak. A bit of Malo. Med alcohol and body. Citrusy and biscuits/yeasty. Could pass for a good chardonnay

Part of our tasting experiment of Italian whites. Somewhat closed nose, lightly aromatic and floral, lemon. Very high acid. Would be good with light seafood, not good for summer drinking alone by the pool.
