Pale pink hue. Light nose, slight citrus, some raspberry. Sour cherry, citrus, tart, dry, crisp, great starter. Refreshing and great for the money. Nice wine.

I don’t know of a better wine value than this and Collestefano’s Verdicchio. I’d say they rival Pepiere’s Briords Muscadet which often gets brought up as a QPR winner. This is very refreshing and tasty. Savory, with strawberry accents, minerality, and plenty of acidity. I lot of people think of Rose as a summertime beverage, but this was well received around a fire pit at the end of February.

Why change the tasting notes..nice bubble gum hue. Bright, orange/citrus nose. Bright, fresh, citrus, melon notes. Lively and wonderful start to an evening. Just a great standby that seems to deliver year in and year out

I ended up reloading on this - for the money, hard to imagine there’s a better rose’ out there, at least for my palate. Lively, with citrus notes on both the nose and palate. Thirst quenching. My wife is preparing a “paella”-type dish with chorizo, chicken and shrimp tonight, and this should be fine with that.

I saw my good friend Outplaying had already posted a positive note on this wine - during the "social distancing", we've already gone through about half a case, so I thought I should get around to posting my thoughts before we ran out ;^) Lively citrus fruit on the nose. Nice minerality on the palate - good acidity & very refreshing. This is primarily Sangiovese, with some Cabernet and other assorted grapes blended in. For the price, a no-brainer case …

I think it has been a few years since I have tried this bottling, and it was a nice surprise. This is the type of Rose I like. A healthy dose of acidity, tart, and maybe a little sour. Light unripe cantaloupe, and perhaps a little tangerine. Not an easy, bubble gum rose. A refreshing, hot day kind of rose. Ann liked it, too.
