Enjoyed this with salmon and it is true to its name... it's a home run! Glad we have one more bottle!

Citrus on the leading edge with a notable mineral taste in the mouth. Enjoyed this with baked salmon in mango juice served with couscous and grilled veges. The wine was fine with the salmon and was perfect with the veges. Glad I have 2 more bottles!

Nose - lemon, grapefruit Mouth - not bad, slightly herbal/underripe fruit but actually better than the overripe tropical oak bomb you might find in warmer parts. Decent acidity and minerality.
