I really liked this and I got it young at the winery. Now wish we had gotten more. Recommended.

Good, not too tannic, a little blackberry/ raspberry. Slight herbaceousness, nothing special.

A wonderful balanced Temprenillo. Very enjoyable

Light round rim; CS nose; relatively light with fairly soft tannins pronounced but not obtrusive. CF notes come through on finish. Competent, fair value

PnP last night, and I don't have a clear recollection of that experience. Today it has a pleasant candied raspberry nose with some oaky notes. Just a touch of harshness on the palate. Primarily heavy red fruit flavors and oak with not a ton of complexity. Decent for a Wednesday.

January in Walla Walla; 1/25/2013-1/27/2013 (Walla Walla, WA) : Ironically, this Spanish-named wine is actually a Bordeaux blend of Cab, Cab Franc, and Merlot. It's a quality Wednesday wine, super smooth and lots of structure. Good QPR. You might even be able to get away with serving this on a Friday...just sayin'.

75% cabSuav, 20% CabFranc, 5% Merlot spicey, lighter bodied for a bordeaux blend, very quaffable.
