NR - not optimal bottles, if you get a perfect bottle this is amazing, but they are beginning to come far between.

The wine is clear, medium golden core with a medium thin watery rim, developed Nose is clean, medium intense aromas of yellow apples, red clay, very mineralic, copper, baked/grilled lemon, salty/chalky , chalk, very complex, developed Palate is dry, high acidity, medium %, medium body and medium+ flavour intensity because of the acidity, aromas of apples, lemon, lemon peel, minerals, chalk, salty minerals, hint of some tropical fruit, complex, long finish Very well balanced, intense acidity and deep complexity, solid …

short note - lemon. yellow apples, chalk, limestone, medium+, toasted nutts, liqurice root and toasted nutts, outstaanding wine 92p

Medium plus concentration and full bodied moth fell. No particular complexity or elegance, but a very solid and food friendly wine.

Dark golden. Looks fairly oxydized. Arbois style (Vin jaune)? Lots of honey and herbs even on the palate, but rather lean and light bodied and with a good finish. Unique style but a bit over its peak? In this stage the wine is very good with food ( pasta with butter and truffles)

Via Napoli - Pizza and Wines : Quite oxidative in style, plus musk, lemon, sea spray and apple. Good minerality with light richness to the fruit. A good saline and element lends the wine a feeling of drive and the acidity assists. Feels like it is in a good spot for drinking now, but I wouldn't be surprised if it continues well over the next few years.

Still a luscious wine. Modest oxidative quality with a hint of petrol on the nose. Well integrated acidity; long finish. Strong effort.

Très particulier avec des odeurs plutôt animales... en bouche c'est assez vif, franc, goûteux, non boisé. Original et bon!

Premier nez dominé par le fruits blanc (pomme) et minéralité. En bouche on dénote une belle concentration et une trame d'acidité et de minéralité très belles. Coté aromes on dénote de la cire d'abeille, et après quelques minutes à respirer, du pop-corn (!) dû au charactere légèrement oxydatif. Bel équilibre et bonne longueur.

Complex and interesting nose, lovely subtle note of oxidative handling, great balance. Converted a Chardonnay hater at the table too!

Belle mineralite. Frais et dynamique. Pas trea complex ni exuberance de fruit mais belle bouche qui fait pense a un bon bourgogne

Tissot Jura Tasting : Very (very) lifted floral perfume with lemon and an apple cider note. Described as a fellow taster as being like walking past one of those pungent soap shops, which I did not mind at all. Lots of tangy acidity present on the palate, there is very good drive and length. I liked this more and more each time I came back to it and I may be too conservative with my score.

At Rochelle Canteen: lean, deep, toasty chardonnay. This is very fine.

Leverer det vanlige sherry/juradominerte aromabildet, men med slank nerve og spenst her i 2010-versjon. Flott til kantarellsuppe.
