Picked two weeks after the rain and then saigneed some of the tanks and then frozen off a bunch of the top of the barrel. MOre power on the nose, a bit roasty but its on day two so I think that is what is going on. And then some dill character.

Ripe raspberry and cranberry nose. In a way that is the most complex of the bunch that I am tasting right now. But different year. And oddly fuller and rounder on the palate.
