After a few months under cork (no fridge, no argon), this is singing beautifully. Amber colour with lustre. Nose is rich with some burnt caramel and oxidised notes in the most positive way. Taste is ultra balanced with sweetness - fruit - oxidation - +acidity - complexity - length - love ❣️ taking it all the way to 95 points in my world. Only the first glass brought to the restaurant, but it was ill-matched with a very strong gorgonzola dessert. This is an elegant and sensitive beauty. I notice botrytis and couldn't stop smiling from the aromas. Will have another go at it soonish.
