I have been drinking this over last 4 years after moving to NZ and it keeps getting better. It's now aged longer in bottle on the lees before release, so i recommend trying this again if you haven't in a while. Very small fine bubbles, excellent golden colour, smells of good Champagne (made with Champagne know how). Superb food friendly Methode

Slight tinge of rose, fresh dry citrus aromas,yeast brioche. Palate a little disappointing, fresh but limited depth, acidity a bit overwhelming and in truth a very middle of the road methode My first taste if this new blend, on this showing a lower league than my old time (now extinct) favourite no.8

Red apples and notes of brioche on the nose - rather sweet and plush. On the palate again a bit off-dry and generous but also rather linear. Lacking a bit of lift and energy. 84-86
