Simple, straightforward Petite Sirah with grapey, blueberry, and huckleberry aromas and flavors. Good with grilled merguez sausage and crostini.

Past peak, and flat. I think we waited too long to drink this bottle.

Solid wine with dark deep purple color. Nice nose with coffee, leather and oak coming through. Taste of barriers on the palate but not too fruity. Well structured over all with the right amount of tannins and a nice finish. A bit too pricey for what you get.

Quite nice for a young PS. Red and black fruits and sweet spices, but good balance of alchohol and not over tannic. A good entry PS.

From magnum, no decant. I wasn't very impressed by this PS. It was rather light with a touch of brett on the nose and the palate was nothing spectacular either. Very average.

Nice dark color. Some blueberry jam on the nose with a little earth. Black fruits came forward on the palate, but not a fruit bomb, with smooth tannins. The bottle had alot of sediment which I liked.

Dark deep purple color. Blueberry jam on the nose. Taste of strawberry and dust. Not big tannins. Smooth, medium finish with a hint of black pepper. Good wine. Will buy again.

Huge strawberry and plum nose, rich dark color, taste was nice fruit of plum on the first taste but unfortunately it had not mid palate and really not finish. Wine had a nice mouth feel and solid tanins but for $15 I dont think its a good qpr.

first impression was the softness of the wine with nice tannins. The more I drank from the glass the more the alcohol dominated both the horse-tail smell and the taste. Decanted 1 hr. I stopped tasting fruit and felt like I had a strong mixed drink. Poured from the bottle after 3 days and alcohol is not as pronounced now.

Nice value wine. Dark, dense and full bodied with flavors of blueberry syrup and toasty wood notes. Very solid for the price.

Color: Deep red / purple Nose:Mocca, chocolate, coffee grinds and jam. Good....VERY good. Palette: Raspberry and grape juice. Lots of tannins. Great wine but for the $ I would still choose the Stags Leap. Still a solid wine but for $25 I would go another direction.

Rustic, old world wine with plum, licorice, mocha, leather and a good dose of oak, with a tart finish.

The 2005 Two Angels Petite Sirah is "dark as the night" and boasts savory aromas of dark berry, violets, pomegranate, tamarind and roasted game. Abundant fruit flavors are nicely integrated with toasted oak and roasted coffee undertones. What is especially alluring, given the dark color and ample, rich tannins, is the round - almost silky - mouthfeel and the pleasing, lingering finish.
