From 35,7cl, good cork stained grey half way back. Dark mahogony colour, like a Sauternes three times its age, or an old sweet sherry. Wow is this rich and intense- sweet honeysuckle, butterscotch, maple syrup, hazelnut and pears on the nose. Incredibly thick on the attack- almost like syrup, with beautiful honey sweetness, but then finishes with wonderful lightness and acidity - a roller coaster of a dessert wine!

Medium gold color. Aromas of butterscotch, quince, bosc pears and acacia honey. Ripe, thick, sweet tongue-coating fruit in the mouth with great depth and huge length. Just enough acidity to make this a truly outstanding dessert wine. Delicious with Paula's mango, blueberry and pineapple fruit salad. Still very fresh and young.

Wonderful honeysuckle and pear nose. Thick and sweet but with a little balancing acidity. This is great stuff.

Medium gold in color. This wine was amazingly sweet (high on the Kracher sweetness scale) and viscous. I think a spoon could stand up in the glass. It had flavors of pineapple and a smokiness. It was maybe a touch flabby but hard to tell in the small glasses. If you try this with dessert go with a dessert that is not too sweet or you may go into a coma.
