Jammy but adequate. Decent value. Good+.

Jam and alcohol on the nose, a tiny bit of wasabi. Hot on the palate, especially on the finish. Flavors of cherry, pepper, oak, and asparagus. Bitter, sour cherry on the finish, not in a good way. Disappointed because I liked the Cabernet from this winery. But the bitterness plus the heat on the palate makes it an easy pass for me.

Crab apple and some tightness. It has been open a day and for some reason is really appealing to me. It is not really appealing at $14 however. Maybe it works for you if you need the organic statement on the label.
