This wine was a wild ride. First glass tasted overpoweringly of oak and tannin. Very intense and aggressive. Let it breathe for a few hours and it improved. Having a glass the following day with an hour to breathe in the glass and it’s like a totally different wine - balanced, fruity, subtle oak and pleasant tannins. Very enjoyable. This one needs time and air, looking forward to trying it again in 5-10 years.
