Balanced, drinkable, buttery and bright. Ripe yellow apple and grilled pineapple up front, with a clear “buttery/vanilla-toasted oak” lane (think lemon curd, caramel/coconut-tinged richness). Medium-plus body, soft and round, with enough acidity to keep it from feeling flabby, finishing creamy and lightly warm.
